Dammit just when I was going to congratulate you on this you gotta mention '85!!!! Well regardless of that fact congratulations. I was kinda pullin for Texas but its staying in the NL this year and that makes me happy enough. And we did take 2 of 3 from SF when I saw them in August!!! LOL cheap shot but anyway congrats.

The latter will create the biggest uproar, but as a sports fan, this is fucking awesome, and just what the Bay needs.

I was on a plane coming home today, when the pilot said in classic pilot tone "for all you sports fans, the Giants have won the world series" and the plane erupted into high fives. It was cool. Very happy. Never would have thought this would happen so quickly. I knew they were on the up, but wow.

Sup, we're world champs.

They just had the parade and it was rediculous. I'm just about the only person who didn't go because I had a midterm, but it was shown on TV and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a million people there.

Ahnold mentioned the machine, Posey basically said we're gonna do it again, and Huff pulled out the rally thong Zoolander style at the very end.

Tulowitzki just got a 9-figure deal to stay with the Rockies til 2020.

Me too, I yelled my ass of at the playoff game I went to because I knew it could be the last time. After winning the series I figured there was a better chance we would keep him, even if it was for 3 years because he's still in his early 30s and there aren't any good prospects coming up soon.
Anyway, Tejada just got signed so we might have to bring the drums back.
