Looks to be less than 5,000 in Miami tonight for Phils @ Marlins - my buddy just texted me "i think more people have run a train on your mom than are at the game tonight."

As long as they hold on, theyre a full two games in first. I predicted in this thread a month or so ago that the NL playoff teams will be phils, reds, giants, padres, still looking good for that.

Rangers just swept the Yankees and beat the Tigers 11-4 tonight. Their magic number is down to 11 and Cliff Lee looks like his old self. Can't wait for the playoffs. They are a rare occurrence around these parts.

I know I'm a homer, but i just dont see how any of the NL teams beat the hamels/halladay/oswalt starting rotation in a best of 5 or 7.

I guess I'm rooting for the Rays in the AL, but I don't really care. Mainly rooting for someone the Reds could handle should they make it that far...the Twins, I guess? Should be an interesting postseason to say the least.
