Tool is not confirmed. I would be a happy camper, but whatever you heard is probably just a rumor. I'm not saying it won't happen in 2010, but there are no credible omens out there that it will, either.

EDIT: Even if it were confirmed in stone, Mankvill probably won't put it on the list because he hates them and this is his thread.
