so it's 2 days away, just thought i'd make a thread about what some of us here at metalsetlists want under there tree come christmas

i asked my parents for:

a 160 gb external hardrive

a 16 gb usb flashdrive

a 4 gb memory stick (mostly for a camera)

and resistance 2 for ps3

I know what I'm getting: a year subscription the Economist, an Office desk calendar, a book about globalization that looked interesting when I was browsing a bookstore, and maybe some cash.

I'm hoping to receive a promise that 2009 will not suck nearly as hard as 2008 has. I feel I've outgrown the kid's meaning of Christmas. I'm basically hoping for cash to put away to help put towards some big projects in '09.

But, yeah, really, aside from that? Not much. CDs, DVDs, books. Nothing really big or important.

I did buy myself a God Dethroned "In the Lair of the White Worm" hoodie the other day as a present to myself, though.
