AC/DC -- Washington, DC -- November 15th, 2008

This was my first time seeing AC/DC. Very high energy performance from the band, despite the fact that they are in their 50's. I was wasn't sure if they'd be able to pull it off, but they exceeded my expectations in every respect. The crowd was very lively as well. It might have been the most energetic arena crowd I've seen, and I've seen quite a few.

Decent Setlist but in my opinion Bon Scott is AC/DC. Brian Johnson can't sing the Bon Scott era. It is all about Angus Young now. He is the whole show.

There was a ton of merch. I didn't look at it too closely, but I noticed there was a badass AC/DC sports jersey that was $125. The light-up devil horns were $15. Most shirts were between $30 and $40. They had several posters too but I don't remember how much they were. And they were selling earplugs for $2 or $3 I think.

One of the best shows I've ever seen in my life, right behind The Metal Masters Tour (Judas Priest, Heaven & Hell, Motorhead, and Testament). AC/DC's still got it!
