There Will Be An Ozzfest 2009, So Speaketh Sharon

So says MTV News (story found via Blabbermouth). Not a lot of detail in the story other than the festival is going back to its original format.

Fuck this. I saw it for free and regretted it. I can't imagine how I'd feel spending money on this shit.

I remain one of the last Ozzfest defenders of the board. That's fucking funny.

I was thinking about this the other day. How most of the people who sided with Sharon in the Ozzfest incident (Allan, Bouville, Cheese) are practically gone.

If I was immature I'd say "LULZ HOO 1 THAT BATTLE?/!1"

My first Ozzfest was Freefest and I absolutely loved it. If the bands are decent, I'd definitely go again. I'm just saying it'll be bullshit bands after last years abortion.

I'm a yearly Ozzfest attendee, except for this year. Its always worth it if there are at least 2-3 quality bands, because you get to see some others that you wouldn't normally go out of your way to see. Also just being there is part of summer, kind of like the county fair.
Sharon is still a bitch.

I'm not Anti-Ozzfest, but I'm nowhere near Pro-Ozzfest. My first year was 2006 (while looking back the lineup was dreadful, I'm glad I got to see Strapping Young Lad before they called it quits), and then I went in 2007. If it does really tour in 2009, and the lineup is decent, I might go.
