Priest, Megadeth, Testament UK Tour

JUDAS PRIEST, MEGADETH and TESTAMENT will team up for the "Priest Feast" tour of the UK in February 2009. Pre-sales go on sale at 9:00 a.m. UK time on Wednesday, October 1 to all MegaFanClub members and registered Live Nation members. Public on sales go on sale this Friday, October 3 at 9:00 a.m. UK time.

The dates are as follows:

Feb. 13 - Sheffield, UK - Sheffield Arena
Feb. 14 - Birmingham, UK - NEC
Feb. 16 - Glasgow, UK - SECC Hall 4
Feb. 17 - Manchester, UK - Manchester Arena
Feb. 18 - Nottingham, UK - Nottingham Arena
Feb. 20 - Cardiff, UK - Cardiff Arena
Feb. 21 - London, UK - Wembley Arena

It's essentially the "Painkiller/Rust In Peace" tour 18 years later!

I'm not surprised as you've seen damn near everything. (Seeing Led Zeppelin in its prime = everything

I think both bands could use this opportunity to play both of their magnum opuses live in their entirety. So the anniversary isn't that of a psychologically satisfying number, big deal!

Mega-Dave should be able to pull it off no problem. Priest'll have a little more difficulty in such an old age, but shit Priest were "old" when Painkiller came out, and they've had some rarity practice on this past tour, so who knows?

Priest will do a Nostradamus set. They'll be playing it everywhere for about the next year.
