Derek Riggs and Bruce Dickinson at my school.

Well, not really, but kind of! A small art exhibition has opened up here at my college and will be open for the next few weeks called "Metal: The Exhibition", pieces of art inspired by heavy metal. I wasn't planning on going because I'm really not interested in art (yay for being uncultured!), however I saw a flyer for it with a list of all the artists who would be on display, and I saw the name Derek Riggs and I was like "Holy shit!" so I decided to go check it out.

Here's his work, it was an untitled piece. It's a shame he only does digital art now ... because he's really not that good at it, and his paintings with Maiden are absolutely incredible.

Also, when I walked through a big doorway, there was a piece called "Best Voices in Metal" by some chick, and look who's in it

I can't tell who that second person is. Glen Benton (maybe?), mystery guy, Ozzy.

Yeah I asked the guy who the two on the left were, but I coudnt tell. I think he did say Glen Benton, and then the other guy was like Ralph Higgins or something, I don't remember. But then it's Ozzy, Bruce, and Danzig.

Yeah, I don't really like Riggs' digital stuff at all, it's a shame.
