Bout time you did it, I'm sure you'll put ours to shame

Checking in on 2008, the summer hasn't really provided a lot of kickass new stuff, the year got off to a great start but has slowed down considerably since. Still I think it'll come out holding strong against '07 and '06 for sure.

hahaha

Well...I can't rank them yet...but of what I have heard from this year, I really like:

-Warrel Dane - Praises to the War Machine
-Opeth - Watershed
-Judas Preist - Nostradamus
-Immortal Technique - 3rd World
-Ihsahn - angL
-Earth - The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull
-Black Tide -Light From Above
-Mouth of the Architect - Quietly

The new Bullet for my Valentine isnt too bad, need to listen a little more and overcome some past notions. Ghost Riders in the Sky alone isnt going to win me over on Blooddrunk by Children of Bodom. I need to listen to the new Flogging Molly and Genghis Tron a little more to get a better feel (honestly havent played all the way through.)

Still need to get my hands on the new Virgin Black (Requiem Fortissimo). And the new Amon Amarth is going to SLAY!

I do support the artists...if they deserve my support. I'm still gonna buy the albums that impress me enough, but I simply can't afford to buy every album I want to hear on a whim.

Good, then in that case, download all the albums I've been recommending and pushing.
