I checked this place out today while I was at the Haight street fair and was very pleased. They have alot of good stuff on vinyl that you won't find at Amoeba, and pretty much anything you need that wouldn't be at FYE or whatever chain is still in business.
The owner, Stone said that he talks to the guy who does the metal section at Amoeba since they stock mostly black metal, while Shaxul will carry everything else. Despite being a tiny place, once again you can feel like a kid in a candy store.

Phenomenal store, been in there several times, and Stone is an awesome dude Highly recommended to all Bay Area metalheads.
