Nope. Janick in the studio can write some decent solos and decent songs. Live his playing is usually fucking awful and he just acts like a retarded monkey on stage. I used to think Janick had redeemable qualities that cancelled out my dislikes, but now I just think Maiden needs to give him the boot badly.

I'm torn on this one. Gers SUCKS live, but I don't know that I'd want them to fire the man who was responsible for The Legacy, Dance of Death, and Dream of Mirrors. Songwriting is everything, really.

This one is tricky. You want great players, but it's also important that to choose people who would (hopefully) have complimentary styles, and it's very important to have a band that is heavily populated with songwriters.

Vocals: Tony Martin (just pretend he can still sing like it's 1988)

Guitar: Randy Rhoads (always wondered what he might have accomplished if he hadn't been stuck in Ozzy's overrated band)
Keys: John Lord
Bass: Neil Murray
Drums: Cozy Powell (Powell and Murray were a TREMENDOUS rhythm section)
