i always thought the terran music for starcraft was pretty sick.
and the industrial metal coundtrack for Unreal Tournament 2004 is also one of my favorites.

I've always liked Sonic music, but the shitty Knuckles rap music in Sonic Adventure 2 is quite cringeworthy.
The classics and some of the SA1 tracks (oh and the pyramid jungle whatever stage in SA2) are pretty amazing though.
