I beat Mass Effect 3 yesterday. Could they have come up with a worse ending? Aside from "it was all a dream" I don't think so.

I haven't played it yet, but I've heard backlash everywhere over it, so I spoiled it for myself. Overall I'm pretty disappointed. It's like the whole game gave you an illusion of choice that meant nothing.

Rumours are that RE:ORC is about to get battered in games reviews. Everything is embargoed until the 20th, but sounds like most places are going to bash it to death from then on.

Inclined to agree. Not many redeeming features so far.

When I heard that the only difference between the 3 endings was the color of the explosion I thought it was a joke.

I don't know if you're the person who I had this conversation with before but I wish I could get the Old Republic. But:
1. I just don't have the time
2. I can't afford it
3. I don't have a gaming quality PC
4-700. I don't have the time.
Believe me, I waited six years for the next chapter in KotOR and was pretty let down when it wasn't released on consoles.

So was I

So far it's been nothing but disappointing. Buggy, linear, and badly executed. It doesn't feel like RE at all. It's just a SOCOM game with an RE skin.

Only tried one of the online modes so far, which is just a boring 4 v 4 team mode. The more interesting modes don't have any players yet, as you'd expect at the moment.
