Playing Fallout 3 for the first time, I'm hooked.

I also picked up Import Tuner Challenge (fans of Tokyo Xtreme Racer series would like this) and Def Jam: Rapstar, yeah, I'm in a black metal band, but I enjoy my share of angry black people music

Did you play New Vegas before? if you're thinking of playing New Vegas at the same time as 3, don't. While there is no story-line relation, there is a huge game-play mechanic in NV that isn't in 3 that makes it much easier to play.

Yeah, but the story, atmosphere, and setting of 3 are 100x better than NV, so he should definitely play 3 first.

Yea, but really, the iron sights in NV make the gameplay much better. I hate using VATS

I was originally going to pick up New Vegas since it was only $10 on 4th of July weekend, but obviously was sold out everywhere.

My only complaint about 3 is that the controls seem a bit odd... but oh well, fun game overall.
