Amon Amarth -- Poughkeepsie, NY -- December 4th, 2007

1. Valhall Awaits Me
2. With Oden on our Side
3. Death in Fire
4. Versus the World
5. Asator
6. The Sound of Eight Hooves
7. Hermod's Ride to Hel
8. Cry of the Black Birds
9. Fate of Norns (dedicated to Vitek)
10. One Thousand Years of Oppression
11. Bleed for Ancient Gods
12. Runes to my Memory
-Encore-
13. Victorious March
14. The Pursuit of Vikings

Amon Amarth started about 10-15 minutes late, around 8:45 instead of 8:30, for whatever reason, and at 10:00 everyone had to leave. So the set was cut a little short. Neither "An Ancient Sign of Coming Storm" nor "Last with Pagan Blood." Just a two song encore. And I'm almost positive "Down the Slope of Death" was cut out. I couldn't say what the highlight was. "Bleed for Ancient Gods" was my least favorite track, that's all I can say. Everything just sounded phenomenal.

I was there, I was so pissed they cut two songs. Why does this always happen at the shows I go to? First Megadeth cut Reckoning Day, one of my favorite songs, then Amon Amarth cut two songs...Oh well, the songs they did play were amazing as always.

Better not do that here...I've avoided their shows for years to see them headline.
