W.A.S.P.: First 'The Crimson Idol Tour' U.S. Dates Revealed

Several dates have been leaked as part of the U.S. leg of W.A.S.P.'s "The Crimson Idol Tour". They are as follows:

Feb. 15 - Jaxx - Springfield, VA
Feb. 16 - Jaxx - Springfield, VA
Feb. 22 - Starland Ballroom - Sayreville, NJ
Feb. 24 - The Fillmore New York at Irving Plaza @ New York, NY
Feb. 23 - The Chance - Poughkeepsie, NY

More shows will be announced soon.

W.A.S.P. kicked off its "The Crimson Idol Tour" on October 26 in Thessaloniki, Greece. The band is performing the 1992 album in its entirety while never-before-seen video footage is being shown throughout the show. After a short break the group returns for another a 30-minute set of W.A.S.P. classics.

I'll definitely go see this if it hits Columbus or Cincinnati. The Crimson Idol is an amazing album.

I've seen it fluctuate between 3 and 5 songs. It's not long enough either way, but considering they average 12 songs a set on a normal tour these days, to have 13-15 when 10 of them is the Crimson Idol in it's entirety, I'm not complaining.
