Zoso -- Bloomington, IN -- September 27th 2007
I put today's date because they didn't go on until midnight (again! ). Well, at least the opening band sucked a little less.
ROCK & ROLL
WHAT IS & WHAT SHOULD NEVER BE
BRING IT ON HOME
TEN YEARS GONE (Fuck yeah and a half!)
MISTY MOUNTAIN HOP
THE LEMON SONG
THE SONG REMAINS THE SAME
THE RAIN SONG
NO QUARTER (w/ John Paul Jones Keyboard solo)
OVER THE HILLS AND FAR AWAY
WHOLE LOTTA LOVE
Cons (or bitching): Still nothing from the first album! What the fuck? Are they ashamed that its practically nothing but stolen blues songs or something? I can understand them not playing Stairway twice in a row, but nothing from the first album is blashpemy! They also spent a little too much time jamming around. "Lemon Song" was twice as long as it was last time and it felt like the "No Quarter" jam was stalling because the other three members were taking their time coming back. If they trimmed down the nonsense they probably could have fit one more 3-5 minute song.
Oh well, other than that it pwned hard. The guy who plays Plant still blows my mind, he sounds exactly like him. You really need to see it for yourself.
Now if you'll excuse me, I must have a crappy nights sleep and a "Public Speaking" class in 7 hours.
I listened to three Babymetal tracks...sounds like Chun Li getting butt-fucked by Andrew W.K. That's not something I ever wanted to hear.
