How could I have forgotten:
Boston - More Than A Feeling - 08/03/08 (One of their biggest hits, played to a hometown crowd) and just about ALL of the ProgPower USA VIII All-Star Jam. But the most memorable being: The Final Countdown by Europe (sung by Floor Jansen) Welcome Home by King Diamond (sung by Nils K. Rue) Who Wants To Live Forever by Queen (sung by Floor Jansen and Ralf Scheepers) Youth Gone Wild by Skid Row (sung by Claudio Coassin) All on 10/06/07 |

Can't believe I haven't done this thread yet.
#1 always and forever: Skeletonwitch - Within My Blood (02/11/08) They came out into the crowd and we moshed around them. This song made me fall in love with the band. Celtic Frost - Procreation Of The Wicked (10/16/06) They slowed it down and doomed it up and it was mind-crushingly heavy. Slayer - Angel Of Death (02/03/07) I think everyone remembers their first "Angel of Death" ![]() Dark Funeral - Open The Gates & Naglfar - As The Twilight Gave Birth To The Night (both 10/21/07) The crowd interaction with Dark Funeral was awesome and Naglfar just plays excellent black metal live. ![]() Behemoth - Chant for Eschaton 2000 (11/03/07) Best ending to a concert. EVER. Hate Eternal - Catacombs (02/08/08) One of the first death metal songs I ever heard, LIVE! The Flaming Lips - Race For The Prize (06/05/08) Still the funnest concert I've ever been to. Boris - Rainbow (07/23/08) Michio Kurihara needs to permanently join Boris. ![]() Obituary - Dethrone the Emperor (10/01/08) Nothing like seeing one of my favorite death metal bands cover one of my favorite metal bands of all time. ![]() Suicidal Tendencies - You Can't Bring Me Down (11/29/08) The greatest opening to a concert. EVER. Ben Folds - Boxing (05/30/09) One of the greatest Ben Folds Five songs of all time. Never thought I'd hear it live. Testament - Disciples Of The Watch (06/06/09) OBEY!

This was definitely one of my favorite concert moments when I saw them, too. Helloween and Gamma Ray together was one of the best overall band packages I've ever seen. That and I guess Metal Masters, but this was more epic because they did songs together, and it was wildly appropriate that they did.
