Unholy Terror sounds like a good version of Helldorado to me. Or an updated Headless Children.

Nice. I'm expecting very good things as I thought Holy Hell was fucking brilliant.
The online location I order from just got it in stock so I'll probably be ordering it and a few other things soon.

Having trouble narrowing it down to 10... but I recently decided on a top 15 that hopefully I'll be able to be more confident with by the end of the year.

1. Amorphis - Silent Waters
2. Symphony X- Paradise Lost
3. Dark Tranquillity - Fiction
4. KMFDM - Tohuvabohu
5. Nine Inch Nails - Year Zero
6. Dir en grey -The Marrow of a Bone
7. King Diamond - Give Me Your Soul...Please
8. Behemoth - The Apostasy
9. Arch Enemy - Rise Of The Tyrant
10. Rush - Snakes & Arrows
11. Megadeth - United Abominations
12. Kamelot - Ghost Opera
13. Menomena - Friend Or Foe
14. Of Montreal - Hissing Fauna, Are You The Destroyer?
15. Porcupine Tree - Fear Of A Blank Planet (sorry it aint higher, Brad this album just doesn't click with me too well, I guess)

I still want to hear Tony Levin's album though.

Are you gay or what?

Myself, no one but Porcupine Tree, Clutch, Pig Destroyer, and Rwake have guaranteed themselves top 10 positions, and the order isn't down. This is gonna be really hard this year. Plus, I need to hear the new Helloween, Between the Buried and Me, Baroness, and Queensryche (the cover album). We'll see.

Current List for Myself

1.Masterplan - MKII
2.Allen/Lande - The Revenge
3.Rob Rock - Garden of Chaos
4.Redemption - The Origins of Ruin
5.Nocturnal Rites - The 8th Sin
6.Bloodbound - Book of the Dead
7.Pink Cream 69 - In10sity
8.Primal Fear - New Religion
9.At Vance - VII
10.Icarus Witch - Songs For the Lost

the new Gamma Ray album, Land of the Free II has really impressed me and will definately make this list, I just don't want to prematurely rank it.
Also, I'd like to note I'm still awaiting three very strong contenders yet:
Lord - Ascendance
Astral Doors - New Revelation
Vanishing Point - The Fourth Season

1. Tegan & Sara- The Con
2. Pig Destroyer- Phantom Limb
3. 3 Inches of Blood- Fire Up the Blades
4. Chuck Ragan- Feast or Famine
5. High On Fire- Death Is This Communion
6. Clutch- From Beale St. To Oblivion
7. Broadway Calls- Broadway Calls
8. Himsa- Summon In Thunder
9. Modern Life Is War- Midnight In America
10. A Wilhelm Scream- Career Suicide

I thought mine was pretty locked in, but I keep hearing random albums by bands I'd never even heard of that turn out to be great. I have a feeling my honorable mention category is gonna be enormous this year.

New Gamma Ray is pretty good. Beats the shit out of the new Helloween, that's for sure!

Still not heard anything to better the Sixx:A.M. record.
