My two cents then:

1) Blackmail the Universe
2) Washington Is Next!
3) Kick the Chair
4) Sleepwalker
5) Gears of War
6) Never Walk Alone...A Call to Arms
7) Die Dead Enough
8) The Scorpion
9) Back in the Day
10) Truth Be Told
11) Blessed Are the Dead

In all fairness though, both of these albums are better than the two that preceded them.

Both System and Blackmail are decent offerings, continuing what Megadeth has put out for years. I don't expect Megadeth to change their sound anymore than I do Iron Maiden theirs. Megadeth is being Megadeth.

Except both Maiden and Megadeth have drastically changed their sounds over the years

Better than Risk? Probably. But TWNAH is way better than this horseshit.

Any band that writes a song called "Amerikhastan" needs to fucking pack it in for good.

I'd rank the Megadeth albums as such:

1. SFSGSW
2. RIP
3. CTE
4. KIMB
5. PS...BWB?
6. CW
7. TSHF
8. Youthanasia
9. UA
10. TWNAH
11. Risk

But really, each of them have some redeeming qualities.

I'm not defending Dave's lyrics. They're for the braindead.
