Tough call, but I'd have to say these come to mind first:
Genesis- "Supper's Ready"- The two-handed tapping solo. Whitesnake- "Still of the Night"- The cello "riff" section. Clutch- "White's Ferry"- The Thin Lizzy-esque organ/guitar lead harmony.
