The Cult -- Orlando, FL -- November 5th, 2006

God I'm still way behind. Anyways, The Cult=one of the greatest bands ever. Just great classic music. And "She Sells Sanctuary" is my favorite song of all time

Anyways the set was this:
Lil' Devil
Sweet Soul Sister
Electric Ocean
The Witch
Spiritwalker
Revolution
Rain
The Phoenix
Star (Acoustic)
Edie (Acoustic)
Fire Woman
Wonderland
Peace Dog
Rise
Wild Flower
Love Removal Machine

Encore
She Sells Sanctuary

The band was really sick so they didn't play "Nirvana"...which is one of my favorite all time Cult songs. Still though the show was amazing. One of the best. The Cult are amazing live. Go see them...NOW!

You need "Electric". Not one bad track. They played 5 songs from that CD at the show and it's their best

I'd buy it just for "Peace Dog"

i listened to some stuff off of that album and it didnt really sound like the cult . . . to raw and heavy, almost like AC/DC

I saw the Cult on the Sonic Temple tour back in '89 and it was awesome. I was very disappointed when I missed the tour for Beyond Good And Evil. And I agree with you on She Sells Sanctuary - just a great great song.

BTW, I caught Ian Astbury with the Doors and it was almost spooky how well he "portrayed" Jim Morrison. The two old stoners sitting next to me thought Jim was back from the grave.

"She sells sanctuary by the seashore"

That song is way overrated I think, not even one of my top favorites on that album.
