Japan anger at US sex slave bill

Uh... does anybody else find it a little weird that the U.S. Congress is proposing a resolution about this?

Well, what irked me was the sentence that roughly said, "The Japanese military took sex slaves from China, Mongolia, etc." The U.S. wasn't among the countries listed, so perhaps it isn't our moral duty to right the wrong.
