Just finished Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? and Snow Crash, they were both awesome.
Any science fiction recommendations? I've probably been through the most obvious ones

I'd recommend the Foundation Trilogy by Asimov.

As far as sci-fi series' go, that's the biggie. The Illuminatus! trilogy by Robert Shea and Robert Anton Wilson is another great one, but it's more conspiracy-based/postmodernistic.

Reading What Is Occultism? for my Occultism in Africa class. Unfortunately, it's not a one-page book with the author answering the titular question with "Bullshit."
And then on the bus ride, flight, and second bus ride to my hotel in Florida Sunday I'm going to lose myself in The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.
