On topic, I finally watched the remake of "Nightmare on Elm Street" this past weekend. Surprisingly not too bad.
I just ordered that for cheap on DVD.

Every movie since 1983 has been a remake of one of the first three Star Wars. Truth.

Like Brad said, wat?

Plus, any sweeping generalization like that should instantly ring on the ears of anyone with even so much as an elementary school education as extremely close-minded and highly unlikely - if not patently false - by virtue of the fact that it includes everything that has been and everything that ever will be remade. I mean...really?

Which should have been understood as an implication.

The new one is actually a prequel. Not to say that there won't be a true re-remake down the line But I've heard it's pretty average.
