BRUCE Hints At MAIDEN Festival Appearance in UK 2007

According to Bruce himself at the Newcastle gig on Sunday, Maiden plan to "take 150,000 fans to a muddy field in the middle of England" next year. I didn't hear him say where but Donnington is the obvious choice but whether it would be part of the Download festival or not remains to be seen. Bruce did seem to imply that it would be a Maiden gig and not part of another festival. Have to write a story when the three sentence story says it all.

I'll probably go if my exams are finnished by then - which they should be. I was planning on going to Download anyway.

When i saw them on the 23rd of December (last date of tour) Bruce said "We'll be seeing you next year, so bring your wellies (wellington boots).... Good old Donnington!"
It's deffinetely Donington!!!! But cant remember if bruce said a Festival! It is more than likely that thet'll be playing at download, last time they played at donington was in 2003. They will definiately be headlining the saturday or sunday mainstage, Other rumours iclude AC/DC and also Trivium :S (Source - Download festival forum from last year)
