I agree. It was the best of the 3 closer's I've seen them do, and not just because its one of their best songs. It just makes for a basically perfect ending.

You guys forgot Powerslave and Rime of the Ancient Mariner. I was fortunate enough to see and hear them live on the World Slavery Tour in 1985, as a 12-year-old. I haven't heard them play those since then.

Do any of you remember the 80's horror movie that had Flash of the Blade playing during a couple of scenes?

Oh trust me, I didn't forget them.

And by no means am I knocking the songs... Both are masterpieces in every considerable way. I didn't include Rime being that it's 13 minutes long and I'd rather have other songs in place of it that are shorter. And with Powerslave, meh, so what... It didn't make my list of like 20 songs... Maiden has like 120 studio album tracks at this point and no less than 70 of them are great and no less than 100 of them are at least very good. Maiden's 47th best song, whatever it would be, would still be better than a lot of bands' 10th best song... I think you get the idea.
And as for the other renowned Powerslave track, Aces High... Bruce couldn't sing it live in 1984, couldn't sing it live in 1999, so why do I want to hear him not be able to sing it live in 2007? That aside, tis a killer tune.
