SEPULTURA US Tour Off To Very Bad Start w/ Cancelled Dates

Sepultura cancelled their first two dates on their current US tour without any word on their official web site. They are playing NorCal the next two nights (Sacramento tonight, Concord tomorrow), and I'm trying to confirm these shows with the promoter and one of the support bands in Concord. I called the venue in Sacramento (a 200 person venue! what the hell?!?!) and they are still selling tickets.

I just sent this one into Blabbermouth; maybe they'll come up with more dirt more quickly.

Gotcha. Yeah that rings a bell now, I think Testament and High On Fire did shows there last year too.

As of 215PM, local Sacto time, the band had not arrived at the venue and folks heard about last night, but had not heard about tonight yet.

No Sepultura show in Sacramento tonight!

It sounds like Sepultura just isn't showing up to their shows without much of an annoucement. That's bad.

Another question... why was Sepultura booked for a 200 person venue (sac)? I thought Sepultura was a bigass metal band.
