Well, you gotta put it into perspective too. I'm pretty sure music isn't the most important thing for a deaf person

On that note, I can't even imagine being deaf. To not be able ot hear music would probably drive me insane(er)

If I went deaf I'd be a Beethoven and still just sing/imagine music.

i think there are plenty of other situations where emotions can be expressed strongly, without music.

As Brad said, books and movies are good sometimes too, but they simply pale in comparison.
