Good point. But personally I think Lonliness is an excellent and very underrated song, as is about half of the songs on Somewhere In Time. Really fun to play also.

Well I think the repetativeness of the music and lyrics helps to tell the story better and really adds to the conceptual feel of the album, an element common in non-metal conceptual stuff that music metal bands tend to leave out, which annoys me.

But still, those songs are two of the highlights of the album IMO. Doctor Rockter is quite forgetable though.

I agree with Maiden33, the repetitiveness is what drives the whole album and you can hear the personality switch in the character change with each repeat...I think that Idol, other than possibly the debut, remains their best.
