Easy there, chief. First of all, I own my own business, so I know how to treat my clients. Second, the owner of that particular client does not really want his employees to waste time listening to music when they should be working. He also does not want to pay me to "fix" problems with iTunes, games, IM, or other things that kill productivity. So when an employee asks me to fix those kinds of problems, I am actually obligated to not fix it. Third, she knows the situation and she knows she should not be asking me to fix it in the first place. So, there is the context surrounding the crappy music joke.
