I saw Eric's version of Black Diamond in the 90's but I've never seen him do it in make up. I really hope they tour soon like I heard they where planning to do.

I don't understand that at all. Why does Peter Criss or a drummer with a working voice have to be on hand in order for them to play Black Diamond? Its Paul Stanley's song, why doesn't he just sing it? He seemed to have no problem singing Ace's songs.

Paul has sang Black Diamond in the past but I've always really liked both Eric Carr and Eric Singers voices a lot and outside of Black Diamond chances are you wouldn't hear either of them sing.
