Is Nine Days that band with the "This is the story of a girl, who cried a river and drowned the whole world" song?

Xfinity Live is a bar complex next to the sports arenas in Philly....odd place for bands to play, not even sure where the stage is.

They have an outdoor stage, Buckcherry and Fozzy were just there. Funny thing is one of the bands with 9 in it(I want to say Stroke 9) just played a bar in Philly. Doesn't seem like a huge draw.
