Shit question. Metal did not yet exist when I was born.

EDIT: On second thought, perhaps I should soften my response - or at least qualify it better. The two most "metal" albums that were released in the year I was born were Master of Reality and Led Zeppelin IV, but neither of these were released in February.

Honestly, absolutely nothing. I guess Blizzard of Ozz but that's really stretching it.

Both British Steel and Iron Maiden's S/T were released in mid-April - I'd say that's close enough.

I'd probably like them but I've never heard either.

However, the Empire Strikes Back came out the month I was born.

The latter fact is very metal, but the former - specifically the part about you never having heard British Steel, unfortunately means that I can no longer converse with you in any form whatsoever, since you are now officially dead to me.

October 1988

After a very brief search the only album I could find is...
Bathory - Blood Fire Death

Sadly, I'm not that big of a Bathory fan *ducks as trash gets thrown at me*
