Beale Street Music Festival -- Memphis, TN -- May 4th, 2014

Sunday was a nice warm dry day...very unusual. Started the day off with Black Stone Cherry. They are pretty good live. Lots of energy and heavier than studio.
Black Stone Cherry
Maybe Someday
Me and Mary Jane
Rain Wizard
Roadhouse Blues Jam > Yeah Man
Blind Man
In My Blood
Rocky Mountain Way
Drum Solo
Fiesta Del Fuego
Backwoods Gold
White Trash Millionaire
Blame It On the Boom Boom
Lonely Train

Anthrax was next. They were the replacements for Motorhead. I have seen both bands a few times...but not Anthrax in Memphis.
Anthrax
Caught in a Mosh
Efilnikufesin (N.F.L.)
Got the Time
TNT (dedicated to Malcolm)
In the End
Indians
Fight 'em Til You Can't
I Am the Law
Antisocial

Seether is good but their setlists have become completely stagnant for the last several years now. I left towards the end (once they reached Rise Above This, realizing they were not going to play Burrito) knowing how the rest of the set would play out. Heard Tonight from a distance walking away. These guys seriously need to do random setlists, or at least half predesigned and the other half random...Something other than the same shit over and over.
Seether
Gasoline
Fine Again
Driven Under
Breakdown
Broken
Drum Solo
Words as Weapons
Rise Above This
Tonight
Last 3 songs i didn't hear...(Country Song, Fake It, Remedy)

I left Seether to check out as much as i could of the rest of the NMA set. So I do not know what was played prior to the first song I have listed. If you have never seen these guys, you should. They are not metal. I am from the area and have seen them well over a couple dozen times.
North Mississippi Allstars
Shake
Johnny B Goode Jam > JR > Goat Meat
Shake 'em on Down
Turn Up Satan
Snake Drive
Granny, Does Your Dog Bite
ML (Goin' Home)
Po Black Maddie > Skinny Woman
Ho Down

I think that was Anthrax's setlist two years ago on MayhemFest. Would it kill them to vary things up a little?

They didn't play In the End, TNT, or NFL.

NFL is a surprise for a festival set
