King's X -- Sellersville, PA -- May 1st, 2014

Awesome performance as always - technical difficulties with Dug's bass rig (accidental preset replacement, essentially) delayed the show a good 10 minutes while they had to troubleshoot things, but overall it was no big deal - the band handled it like pros and it allowed the opportunity for some humorous moments. Set was a bit on the short side for them, not sure if there was a venue curfew or something.

Great show, as always, from my favorite band of all time!

"Over And Over" and "Goldilox" were on the set list but they weren't played. Kinda disappointed by that. I think the delay caused them to skip those two.

I got a dUg and Ty guitar pick! I have several picks by dUg but this is my first Ty pick with his signature on it.

The opening act, Recovery Room, were actually really good. Jerry's son Joey is the drummer/singer. I had a nice chat with him after the show. Nice guy. Gives really big hugs. I also picked up their CD.

KING'S X had some nice shirts too! I got the Gretchen and Faith Hope Love shirts!

Sorry I missed you. Not sure if you saw my post on your Tesla review but I was front row, in front of dUg. Maybe next show we'll catch up. Cheers!

That's an interesting set. I'd have preferred they dropped Vegetable instead of Over and Over, and I'd take Goldilox in place of anything. I love that The World Around Me is in there, though. That song gets criminally little attention.
