You might as well keep as far away as you can from this thread then, it will include a lot of power metal.

98.Stryper - Soldiers Under Command

Place on original list: 62
Place on revised list: 57

This band gets a lot of hate, but I really love them. If you can get past the image (and don't mind Christian lyrics) you will find out that the album is very reminiscent of Judas Priest musically. The album suffers from two crappy ballads (something Stryper has never been good at), but the rest of the album is awesome.

Favorite song: Soldiers Under Command http://cps-static.rovicorp.com/3/JPG...er=allrovi.com

Nothing wrong with that image, they look pretty badass especially the guy on the bottom right.

97.The Darkness - Permission To Land

Place on original list: 80
Place on revised list: 78

I feel pretty much the same about this album as I've had for the past year, and that's that it rocks and is just plain out fun. The Darkness showed up on the scene with 70's/80's rock influences and showed us that commercial modern rock can be really good.

Favorite track: Growing On Me https://www.youtube.com/watch?featur...&v=mv0ddLgCsus

If I can remember right last year he revised his top 100 within a few weeks of posting it last year and it had completely changed. So I'd expect this one to be seventy five percent totally different from the last one.

"All-time" may be the wrong phrase to use in the thread title.

So sorry, I didn't check my dates. It's gotta be less than a year since you finished the last one though, no?

Probably "for the next year or so" would be a better title. I wonder when his next top 30 movies of "all-time" thread will pop up?

Yea I finished it around the beginning of April, but it's been almost year since that as well.

Probably should change the title, and the movies thread will probably pop up next year, kinda a huge list of movies I want to watch.
