Does the same thing happen in the UK? Or is that mainly a US thing?

Face value doesn't vary for everywhere outside London. London is usually about 5-10% more expensive. Fees don't vary at all with the same vendor, but obviously do between vendors.

Across Europe prices vary as widely as they do across the US.

I would imagine they'll open the whole tour and be added to all the fests BLS are on.
