FINALLY saw Godzilla tonight. It was everything I wanted it to be and more. So happy to have a decent Godzilla movie out again. I hope it continues on in the series. I want Mothra and Rodan DAMN IT!

Better throw in Mechagodzilla as well!

X-Men DOFP was awesome best Marvel movie since Avengers and X-Men 1; considering I lost some faith in the X-Men franchise since Last Stand and Origins this more than makes up for it

Origins was only watachable because of Jackman, it had a horrible Stryker and horrible CGI...

I've actually seen a recent movie! While it's still current!

Saw X-Men DOFP last week. Loved it. Never really got the hate for Origins: Wolverine, I quite liked that one. Not that big a fan of The Wolverine though, seemed a mess to me.

Only problem I had with Origins is that screwed some stuff up with the storyline, but now that DOFP has fixed all that, now it doesn't matter!

I had the same issue, but was told that although a few references might make more sense if you have seen First Class, it doesn't really matter.

I then watched First Class yesterday, and completely agree. It tied a couple of bits up for me, but otherwise they're really not that joined.

What I'm struggling with is, after transferring his consciousness into that coma guy, why does the present/future Professor X still look like Patrick Stewart.

Saw Godzilla, loved it; ya the start was a bit slow and could have cut some stuff out but in the end it was needed for the story. Of course the battle with Godzilla vs the husband/wife combo was awesome. I am excited to see where they take this if they reintroduce some of the classic monsters or create new ones for Godzilla to fight

Also, the main character solider guy (I forgot his name) is one lucky sonofabitch

Maleficient was aight, besides Jolie the movie didnt have much going on. More action than Spidey 2 though Too cliche for me in the end though I'd give it a 6.75/10.
