Gothic Portuguese metallers Moonspell have announced that they are returning to North American for a headline tour in 2014. The "America Noir" tour will begin January 31st in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and is currently scheduled to run through February 20th in Toronto, ON. Support on the tour will be provided by Napalm Records label-mates Leaves' Eyes and Atrocity. A list of announced dates can be found below.
Moonspell are touring in support of their latest release 2012's Alpha Noir (see review here). The band toured North America in early 2013 and are eager to make their return.

2/3: Ft Worth, TX @ Rail Club
2/4: Albuquerque, NM @ Blackwater Music
2/5 Phoenix, AZ @ Joe's Grotto

They were so amazing when my dad and I saw them open for Marduk! That was at Station 4 and is probably where Moonspell would be if it was still open.

There's something I don't get. At our show, there were less than 100 people there so I can't imagine other shows on that tour did too well. Wouldn't Moonspell headlining draw even less people? Why would they want to do that knowing how poorly they'll do? Or do other areas draw that much better than MN.?
