Beside the "QUOTE" button is a button that has a little piece of paper and a quotation mark. Click that button in every post you want to quote then click the normal "post reply" button at the top of the page.

Disappointed you didn't dig Cities Abiv too much but it's completely understandable, really. You should definitely check out the new Lantlos record. Contender for AOTY, currently jamming it harder than I jammed new thou or cormorant

Edit: Seems you already checked out Lantlos... I can read
Yeah, Lantlos kicks all sorts of ass. Honestly I have a ridiculously wide album of the year contender gap. (1-27) . Anything could really happen, I would not be surprised if 20-27 traded with 1-8.... I am really an indecisive little shit.
1-27) Are Top Ten contenders and other great albums that I will end up reviewing.

Its funny you mentioned Cities Aviv, because their are three low ranked albums that I am returning to, because I have a feeling that they have the potential to click (Cities Aviv, Warpaint, Xiu Xiu) but at the moment I may be listening to them in the wrong mood or am missing something. I could honestly see Cities Aviv be the hip hop album that I thought was "meh" at first and then by the end of the year is my Hip Hop album of the year. (In 2012 it was Death Grips and in 2013 it was Run the Jewels, so it could definitely happen)

Well I have too much time on my hands, and I usually listen to any genre if I trust the bands previous discography or have heard something that I may pander to my interest. But I completely understand.

It was a fun album for a few tracks, then it started to lose its novelty.
Also I listened to it immediately after Slough Feg (both heavy metal, and Slough Feg is more up my alley) so maybe it is an unfair placement based off of that, then again Skull Fist did not showcase as many dynamics as I would have hoped for. I will return to it though once I have some spare time and reasses.

Thanks for teaching me about the multiquote. And I usually stream on Spotify, and then purchase the ones that I believe I have the greatest chance to return to.

Here's the Hooded Menace/Loss split on youtube for people interested in it. Both tracks are killer, can't wait for a new Loss LP hopefully next year.

All suggestions are welcome. Suggest anything.

Anything too low I should re-listen to? Anything that seems ridiculously too high that I should reassess? (Not that I will, but it gives me something to thing about)

I can come back and explain my reasoning for my positions thus far later.
This list is full of win. I agree with you that that Actress record was pretty disappointing. There's some good tracks on it but there's no flow to it at all. I'm pretty staunch in my opinion that the EMA and St. Vincent records are two of the top three records of the year so far so to have them a little lower compared to the Conquering Dystopia and Nothing records is a little suspect to me but other than that I can't find much fault in this list. You gotta check out the Thantifaxath and Black Anvil records too!

For me, I work an IT job that I'm pretty much on my own for 40 hours a week right now so I need something to do while I repair computers hahaha.
