In a year where Agalloch and Triptykon have records coming out neither St. Vincent or Warpaint will be anywhere close to number 1 on this site but both are as of now quite easily top 10 records that I think have merit on here.

I have a list on RYM with everything from this year I've heard which you can check out; I'm constantly updating it.

Right now, there's only five or so albums that really stand out to me:

1. Sun Kil Moon - Benji
2. Nothing - Guilty of Everything
3. Morbus Chron - Sweven
4. Coffinworm - IV.I.VIII
5. Chain Gang Grave - When Your Friends Become Cops
