More Minnesota Pimping here:

These guys have produced one hell of a Black Metal album here. A band called Nuklear Frost. THey just released their debut album, Subjugation, just a couple hours ago. Give it a listen if you want some mighty fine Black Metal to blast out of your speakers.

Another Minnesota band pimping, this time it's Power Metal

Nobel Beast- Nobel Beast

This is an absolutely fantastic album and I dare say may be the Power Metal album of the year. I remember meeting the singer/guitarist all the way back at my first show at the now defuncted Station 4 and been friends with him ever since. He asked me on many occasions to join the band, but I couldn't afford the drive when I was asked, if only it could have been a year ago, anyways. This has a great Power Metal vibe with some Black Metal elements (not vocally) Absolutely killer stuff! The album gets fully released on Sunday I HIGHLY suggest checking it out then, and the two tracks streaming currently!

Jon took over on vocals, and unfortunately, he is holding this song back. His vocals aren't bad, but they aren't really powerful enough. It doesn't help that the production is really poor. It's unfortunate, because the song itself is great.
he's still trying to do this white wizzard thing?

New Massacre is better than I was expecting. It actually reminds me of Cannibal Corpse a lot. Probably because the singer has a lot of similarities to Corpsegrinder.

You gotta respect the guy for doing what he loves. The band falls apart every few years, and he's almost at the point where he's doing everything himself now. Even if it isn't as good as the older material, he's still doing a decent job.

Exactly my thoughts as well, however after looking at the track listing there appears to be at least three interludes. With only nine tracks total I'm hoping there are a couple long epics.

I saw Emmure leaked obviously everybody is stoked.

They apparently have a song called "Girls Donít Like Boys, Girls Like 40ís and Blunts" I wish I was making this up.

Are you actually surprised by that title? They have been doing shit like that for years. Stoked to check the new Massacre out.

That's not shocking at all, its Emmure. They do that stuff.
