An Autumn For Crippled Children was 2013. Other than that, it's awesome to see you're going hard in new music. If you liked Marissa Nadler, check out Angel Olsen's new one. Definitely give Nothing a listen if you dig any shoegaze. Listen to The Body for awesome sludge with power electronics and noise. You NEED to hear the new Artificial Brain record. Awesome tech death.

Wow, you really just did that. Glad to know a 40 year old man feels the need to harass me over the internet because I'm "hip" and that's not metal. Glad I could give some meaning to your life. And why listen to Behemoth when I can listen to good death metal like Artificial Brain.

I don't know whether to laugh or just sigh at how far you're taking this.

Artificial Brain is next on my list, along with Xiu Xiu (for lols).
And I will put Nothing, Angel Olsen and The Body on the list as well. Thanks for the information!

Holy shit, I'm really happy to see Digital Resistance getting some love around here. Can't wait to see what you all think of the new Cormorant when that comes out. Dimesland's gonna make you all shit bricks when that releases this year too.

Slough Feg being labeled as hipster though? What? They've been around for 20 years, released their 9th album and play hilariously unpretentious classic metal. Don't quite get that one.

It's not Slough Feg. Jhdeity still has his panties in a know because I dissed KsE so now because I like Deafheaven I'm a hipster and everything I do and listen to is hipster. Gotta love ignorant reasoning (oxymoron).

Saying a band has been around for 20 years doesn't prevent them from being a hipster trend. I'm not applying this to SF, but I've noticed Infest is the current hipster trend. In LA at least.
