Huh, that's odd. I'm sure whoever guided you here was really awesome, had excellent posture and huge muscles. If you never come across that piece of grade-A man-meat again let me direct you here, here, here, and here

Ah well, it's like with Carcass: I like most of their discography, except the debut, and Swansong probably.

Swansong has four or five solid songs. The rest was cannon fodder.

For as forgettable as the album was Keep on Rotting is probably my favorite Carcass song.

Come at me, bro.

I agree, I like it better than their older stuff but it pales in comparison to Heartwork or their newest CD.

1. Apex Predator – Easy Meat
2. Smash a Single Digit

6. Timeless Flogging
7. Dear Slum Landlord…
8. Cesspits
9. Bloodless Coup
10. Beyond the Pale
11. Stunt Your Growth
12. Hierarchies
13. One-Eyed
14. Adversarial/Copulating Snakes
15. (Bonus song) Oh So Pseudo

‎I've reached the point now with Napalm Death where I expect nothing but quality. This album delivers. I did notice on this one that the riffs and some of the structures harkened back to the Fear, Emptiness, Despair/Diatribes/Inside the Torn Apart era of Napalm Death, i.e. more experimentation. But it has one thing that held those albums back a little and that's that spark of aggression that's building since Enemy of the Music Business and only gotten more intense over the years. If I have any problem with this album it’s the title track. It’s too long and plodding for almost any album; especially a Napalm Death album. I’d have started the album with a banger like How the Years Condemn and put the title track as an unlisted bonus song because it is a cool song. This isn't Napalm Deaths best album but it's not bad by any means at all. I’d put it on par with Utilitarian. It's solid, it satisfied but I can't say in ten years if I'll really remember it too much. I do really like it but I'm not going to go all "wacky waving inflatable arms man" for it like most people did/do/will/are.

Favorite song: Hierarchies
