Cory Smoot? That's all that comes to mind. I think there's one more.

Edit: Maybe Jon Lord. Was he playing with Deep Purple in 2011?

For me I think it's just Dio, Hanneman and Lord...

Maybe Leon Wilkeson...

I couldn't do this if I sat down for a week, my brain won't allow this much thinking!

I can remember some I guess:

Hanneman
Dimebag
Dio
Jani Lane
Maybe the guy from Gwar I don't know
Peter Steele
Kevin DuBrow
Maybe the guy from Metal Church
Maybe Randy Castillo

I saw Deep Purple in 2001-2004, so you tell me
Ditto Lynyrd Skynyrd

Right, with regards to Skynyrd, I didn't see Wilkeson. He died just before the Vicious Cycle tour.

But I did see Billy Powell, Hughie Thomasson and Ean Evans, who have all since died.

Lord retired in 2002, so if you saw DP in 2001, then you did see him (and damn well should remember! )

Skynyrd in that time will have included Billy Powell on keys, Hughie Thomasson on third guitar and Ean Evans on bass, who have all died.
