Katatonia:

Buildings
Day And Then The Shade
My Twin
Burn The Remembrance
Soil's Song
The Racing Heart
Lethean
The Longest Year
July
Dead Letters
Forsaker

Opeth:

Ghost of Perdition
White Cluster
Atonement
Deliverance
Hessian Peel
Haxprocess
Demon Of The Fall (acoustic)
Reverie/Harlequin Forest
Guitar solo - yes mini solo (Fredrik) because the crowd chanted for it
Keyboard solo - yes mini solo because the crowd chanted for it
Bass solo - yes mini solo because the crowd chanted for it
Drum solo - yes mini solo because the crowd chanted for it
Blackwater Park

2 songs cut. I feel shafted but I don't feel shafted...weird.

Mikael is sick so he says they are shuffling songs tonight.

I've seen some things, man. And some stuff. I wouldn't recommend it.

Good. It's a good song, but I've heard it every time I've seen them now. Hopefully if they did take it off, they'll add another song.

The Devil's Orchard and Hope Leaves were both on the setlist but not played. I assume beacuse Mikael said he was sick as a dog.

I was bummed Hope Leaves got cut, but it didn't matter much because the show was amazing. Deliverance was so amazing to hear live, finally.

The set feels more like their supporting Ghost Reveries all over again, can't complain though.

Yeah I was surprised to hear three Ghost songs in the set. Atonement and Harlequin Forest weren't even played during the Ghost tour, at least not in the US I believe.
