My Chemical Romance Break Up

Quote:
"Being in this band for the past 12 years has been a true blessing. We've gotten to go places we never knew we would. We've been able to see and experience things we never imagined possible. We've shared the stage with people we admire, people we look up to, and best of all, our friends. And now, like all great things, it has come time for it to end. Thanks for all of your support, and for being part of the adventure.
My Chemical Romance."

This sucks. I've been listening to these guys since like the 5th grade and they were one of the first "heavier rock bands" (I was in the 5th grade and knew nothing about rock or punk at all) I got into.

The way they announced this breakup though sucks and is random. No farewell tour, nothing at all.

Just happy I saw them headline once and open once for Blink 182.

They were pretty bad when I saw them open for blink. Here's the one song I liked of theirs:

Hang 'Em High

I'm really bummed about this. That batch of pre-Danger Days material they just released was fucking great.

They're Skrillex fans rolling out of their minds.

I saw them headline on their Danger Days tour and they played a shit load of old songs and it was great. Sold out house too so I had to stubhub tickets and it cost me a little more than more people would pay to see MCR.
