Anberlin -- Detroit, MI -- March 15th, 2013

I know Anberlin are not metal, but they're 1 of my favorite non heavy bands, and they're my brother's favorite band, so we go see them every chance we get. They're a fantastic live band. I love their lyrics, and their singer has a really good voice.

Paper Route was the 1st band we saw. I liked em, but most of their songs sounded kinda the same. I guess you can say that about a lot of bands, though. They had an excellent drummer.

Anberlin headlined. The crowd was singing along all night, and they had a cool light show. The highlights were "Someone Anyone," "I'd Like to Die," and "(*Fin)." This was the best Anberlin show I've ever seen. Setlist:

Missed out on the opening band, All Get Out are one of the better newer bands in experimental punk.
