After talking to my friend about GG the other day I might have to go check this out since it seems like the closest I can get to that.

Anyway, if I'm free that day, I'm definitely going to try and hit up the San Antonio date. It's a Saturday and it's towards the end of my school year, so I don't see a huge problem with it.

After the realization came in of what happened I said, "Keep the sticks, I quit." And that was that.

June 27 Cambridge date cancelled. Apparently so is the May 15 date in Quincy. I guess the TT's show was cancelled for another show (from what I heard, there are no events listed for that day on their website. The May 15 show was cancelled cause I guess Merle made some comments about the boston bombings, which is not surprising. Not sure what the comments were, but the best I could find was on a status that Merle posted on Facebook about the Cambridge show being cancelled, he said something like "where are the Boston bombers when you need them." I don't know if that's what got the Quincy show promoters pissed, but they seemed really upset at the band and said they are not welcome there AT ALL. I think its funny that of all the shows cancelled, the two Boston area ones are like the only ones cancelled, since the entire US seems to hate Boston and think they are uptight assholes. To be honest though, I could care less about this band.
